Speed Scrap 2/18

Hi everyone...Stefanie here. I am hosting your speed scrap this week. Can't wait! This week we are going to be holding the speed scrap on Wed, Feb 18th at 12 noon Eastern, 11 a.m Central, 10 am Mountain and 9 am pacific. Hope to see you there.

Here are all the threads you will need to have just incase. I will give you an instructions starting at the top of the hour and then every ten minutes after that. You will have one hour and 15 mins after the last instruction to upload your layout to the SS gallery so you can get your points. Can't wait to chat it up with everyone.

Just to make it easier on everyone, I will put the instructions in the thread BUT I will also put them here in my first post so just in case you get lost chatting or scrapping you can always come back here to see the instructions. See you 4 hours!!!


1. Pick one picture. Change the picture to black and white, sepia, use selective coloring on the photo. Change the photo in some way. Then place that on the page. Not done yet....crop that photo in really close and add that picture to your layout also.


2. pick 5 papers, does not matter if they are patterned or solid. Use two background papers and the other three behind the photo as either strips, mats, circles, whatever!

3. Frame both photos but use two different frames.

4. Add some staples, stitches and a ribbon.(you need to add all three) Embellish any other way you would like.

5. Add a tag and then add a date to the tag.

6. Title- Use both a font and an alpha. No one word titles

7. Journal atleast two lines, work on your shadows. Upload your layout to the Speed Scrap gallery and then link it to the Feb Submissions. Can't wait to see what you create.
